Specifies whether IIS will compress a particular MIME type before serving it.

Properties

The following table lists the properties exposed by the HttpCompressionMimeTypeElement class.

Name	Description
`Enabled`	A read/write `boolean` value. `true` if the MIME type specified in the `MimeType` property will be compressed; otherwise, `false`. The default is `true`.
`MimeType`	A read-only `string` value that specifies the MIME type to be compressed. The key property.

Remarks

Instances of this class are contained in the DynamicTypes array property of the DynamicTypeSettings class and in the StaticTypes property of the StaticTypeSettings class.
