IWpfApplicationPreloadUtil::ReportApplicationPreloadFailure Method
Reports an application preload failure given the path to the configuration file, failure code, and error string.

Parameters
pszConfigPath
[IN] Path to the application’s configuration file.
hrFailureCode
[IN] Code that indicates why the preload failed.
pszErrorString
[IN] Text that explains why the preload failed.
Return Value
An HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.
