Remarks
An IHttpApplicationResolveModulesProvider interface is created and passed to a module's CGlobalModule::OnGlobalApplicationResolveModules method when the module has registered for the GL_APPLICATION_RESOLVE_MODULES notification in the module's exported RegisterModule function.
