Used to configure what to invoke during user creation as defined in the onUserCreateStartHandler event in an externalUsersSelfServiceSignUpEventsFlow user flow type.

This is an abstract complex type from which the onUserCreateStartExternalUsersSelfServiceSignUp subtype is derived.
