Delete recycle bin items

Permanently delete recycleBinItem objects from the recycleBin of a fileStorageContainer. Items deleted by this method can't be restored.

Permissions

Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. For details about delegated and application permissions, see Permission types. To learn more about these permissions, see the permissions reference.

Note

In addition to Microsoft Graph permissions, your app must have the necessary container type-level permission or permissions to call this API. For more information, see container types. To learn more about container type-level permissions, see SharePoint Embedded authorization.

Request body

In the request body, supply a JSON representation of the recycleBinItem objects to delete.

Response

If successful, this method returns a 204 No Content response code.
