Known issue - PubSub Subscriptions disappear from API response minutes after creation

You can create an alert and eventstream subscription from the Real-Time hub. Minutes after creation, you don't see the subscription from the level 2 view of the Real-Time hub.

Symptoms

You don't see a recently created subscription in the level 2 view of the Real-Time hub.
