Business value
Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service can help customer service agents in a variety of ways. Automatic prompts make it easier for agents to quickly ask questions and get help from Copilot, saving them time, allowing them to do more. This results in reduced handle times and improved agent and customer satisfaction.
Feature details
If enabled in the Customer Service admin center, automatic prompts give contextual suggestions to agents on what they can do next based on the active case or customer conversation context. This makes it easier for customer service agents to quickly ask questions and get help.
