Custom sort lets users choose their desired attributes to sort by in the Dynamics 365 Customer Service inbox. Administrators can configure custom sort in the Customer Service admin center app.

Feature details

The custom sort feature in the Dynamics 365 Customer Service workspace app lets you customize the agent sorting experience. As an admin, you can configure the agent sort experience by entity to give agents the flexibility they need to drill down into their inbox.

You can arrange how records are displayed within an inbox view according to your desired attributes.
