Business value

Consolidation of online templates allows you to set up the consolidation information once and use it each time the consolidation process is performed. This saves time because multiple templates can be set up and then processed when needed. A full history of each consolidation process can be viewed, notes can be added, and each process can be marked as Reviewed.

Feature details

The current consolidation online process must be entered each time an accountant or manager needs to run the process. The details have to be changed or updated each time it is run. There is no history of what process was run and no way to mark them as reviewed. With multiple templates, accountants can run the consolidation process in less time with fewer mistakes because all information is saved in a template form. Better control and visibility because a full audit history is tracked for each process run, reversal and marked it as reviewed.

Multiple consolidation templates with a full audit history keep a record of what process was run, notes can be added to track review details, and once it is reviewed it can be set as Reviewed.

Templates for every consolidation process can be set up one time, which saves time because the details don’t need to be entered each time the consolidation process is run. The consolidation process has a list page to show which process was run and can be run again with one button. Notes can be entered on each process to easily track which ones have been reviewed or not. Consolidation processes can be reversed so you know they are not included in the totals. The list page has different views to quickly sort which ones need attention and which ones have been reviewed.
