You can use mobile devices to access Dynamics 365 Guides step-by-step instructions and calling capabilities. With content available on mobile, you can use guides for previously unsupported scenarios, such as a clean room, a tight workspace, or situations where the technician doesn’t have Wi-Fi connectivity.
Feature details
Dynamics 365 Guides on mobile enables technicians to use their mobile device to access step-by-step instructions, which include the text, images, videos, and web links required to complete a task. Field technicians can view a guide outline to get an overview of the tasks and steps included in the guide.
