Inventory Top 10 List (report)

The Inventory Top 10 List report lists the items with the highest or lowest sales within a selected period. You can exclude items that aren't in inventory or weren't sold.

Items are sorted by sales amounts within the selected period. The list gives a quick overview of the items that sold best or worst, or the items with the most or least units in inventory.

Use this report when you plan your purchasing.

Use cases

Purchasing managers use the report to:

  • Review the highest selling items over the selected period and ensure adequate stock.
  • Identify low-selling items to reduce inventory costs.
  • Plan for future purchases based on the sales history of specific items.

Sales managers use the report to:
