Inventory by Lot No. (Power BI Report)

APPLIES TO: Generally available in Business Central 2024 release wave 2 (version 25.1).

The Inventory by Lot No. report shows total inventory broken down per lot where items are lot tracked. Use this information to identify different lots and track performance on a lot-by-lot basis.

Use the report

Inventory managers and warehousing staff can key track inventory per lot number.

Inventory managers use the report to ensure each lot has an optimized stock level. This information can also help you identify slow-moving inventory to take corrective action, and track lots that are due to expire.

The report helps warehouse staff members by providing a way to check inventory amounts in each lot. This information can help you make key decisions, ensure that inventory is properly managed, and avoid stock-outs.
