Balance Sheet by Month (Power BI report)

APPLIES TO: Generally available in Business Central 2024 release wave 2 (version 25.1).

The Balance Sheet by Month report provides a detailed, month-to-month view of the balance sheet accounts' balance at date. The report is organized in a hierarchy for intuitive navigation with summarized totals. Drill through to the Balance Sheet Drill-Through page to explore the underlying ledger entries that make up the value for a month.

Use the report

Executives or senior leaders can use the report to make informed decision about the company's financial health. You can effectively manage liquidity by comparing current assets to liabilities and ensure you can meet your short-term obligations. It also provides insights into debt levels relative to equity, which helps you make clearer decisions about your financing and capital structure.
