Syntax

XmlElement :=   XmlElement.Create(LocalName: Text, NamespaceUri: Text)

Parameters

LocalName
 Type: Text
The local name of the element to create.

NamespaceUri

The namespace URI of the element to create.

Return Value

XmlElement
 Type: XmlElement
The created XmlElement node.
