When a user starts or completes the checklist, it is logged to telemetry. Partners can get insights into the onboarding process and help customers get unblocked.

When a user starts or completes the checklist, the Business Central server will log this to partner telemetry.
Using telemetry, partners can get insights into the onboarding process and help customers get unblocked.
Partners or tenant administrators can also set up alerts in Azure Monitor to get notified about the use of checklists.
