EnvironmentType and environmentName launch.json properties replace sandboxName

Business value
With the introduction of snapshots, and the desire to support downloading symbols from production, a way to specify a production environment is needed as well. Furthermore, with support for multiple production environments for the same tenant, there is a similar need as for sandboxes to specify the name of the production environment.
Feature details
SandboxName is made obsolete in launch.json configurations.
Two new properties are introduced instead: environmentType (on-premises, sandbox, or production) and environmentName.
