| Azure | 2 | Bill is provided by Azure. Example: Azure Services. |
| OneTime | 3 | Bill is provided for one time purchases. |
| Marketplace | 4 | Indicates that the provider is marketplace |
| All | 5 | Indicates that the provider is both first party and marketplace |
