(Feature deprecated, see Remarks.) Gets a pointer to the start of a row in an IDTSBuffer100.

Remarks
Note
This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature.
This method gets a pointer to the start of the row, specified by the hRow
parameter, in the IDTSBuffer100.
