Sends the transfer notification. This will result in sending Notification to the transferor explicitly.

Exceptions
Thrown when the endpoint is already terminated, sending transfer notification operation is not allowed or application has not accepted the incoming transfer request by disabling sending implicit transfer notifications yet.
Thrown when the response code is out of range.
