Gets or sets the service identifier of the service.

The service identifier of the service.
Remarks
The service identifier is provided by Microsoft along with a service certificate. For domain-bound licenses, applications should always set this property. For non-domain-bound licenses, applications should never set this property. The default value is Empty.
