This error code comes back from AcquireTokenSilent(IEnumerable<String>, IAccount) calls when a null user is
passed as the account parameter. This can be because you have called AcquireTokenSilent with an account parameter
set to accounts.FirstOrDefault() but accounts is empty.
Mitigation
