Called immediately after EF calls ExecuteScalar().
This method is still called if an interceptor suppressed execution of a command in ScalarExecuting(DbCommand, CommandEventData, InterceptionResult<Object>).
In this case, result
is the result returned by ScalarExecuting(DbCommand, CommandEventData, InterceptionResult<Object>).
