Concatenates the given input streams (in order) into the given target stream. At the end of this operation, input streams will be deleted.

Parameters

targetStreamPath: String

The relative path to the target stream.

inputStreamPaths: String[]

An ordered array of paths to the input streams.

isDownload: Boolean

if set to true [is download], meaning we will concatenate the streams on the local machine instead of on the server.
