BlobName	Name of the uploaded file.
BlobSizeInBytes	Size of the uploaded file in bytes.
BlobUriPath	URI path of the uploaded file.
DeviceId	Id of the device which uploaded the file.
EnqueuedOnUtc	Date and time indicating when the notification was created in UTC.
LastUpdatedOnUtc	Date and time indicating when the file was last updated in UTC.
