Gets the DeletedCertificate. You should await WaitForCompletionAsync(CancellationToken) before attempting to purge or recover a certificate in this pending state.

Remarks
Azure Key Vault will return a DeletedCertificate immediately but may take time to actually delete the certificate if soft-delete is enabled.
