Gets an object representing a SiteResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a SiteResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetSiteResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
