Gets an object representing a ConnectedRegistryResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, String) to create a ConnectedRegistryResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetConnectedRegistryResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
