Report collection trigger time's time zone, the available list can be obtained by executing "Get-TimeZone -ListAvailable" in PowerShell. An example of valid timezone id is "Pacific Standard Time".

Report collection trigger time.

- IEnumerable<ResourceMetadata>
List of resource data.
