A class representing a collection of ServiceTagOperationLinkResource and their operations. Each ServiceTagOperationLinkResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ApiManagementTagResource. To get a ServiceTagOperationLinkCollection instance call the GetServiceTagOperationLinks method from an instance of ApiManagementTagResource.
