Gets an object representing a MetadataEntityResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String) to create a MetadataEntityResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetMetadataEntityResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
