The UI element updating this property should send an event of AccessibilityEvent#TYPE_VIEW_ACCESSIBILITY_FOCUSED
or AccessibilityEvent#TYPE_VIEW_ACCESSIBILITY_FOCUS_CLEARED
if its accessibility-focused state changes.
