The amount of time in milliseconds the notification for a performance boost via
premium capabilities will be visible to the user after
TelephonyManager#purchasePremiumCapability(int, Executor, Consumer)
requests user action to purchase the boost from the carrier.

The amount of time in milliseconds the notification for a performance boost via premium capabilities will be visible to the user after TelephonyManager#purchasePremiumCapability(int, Executor, Consumer)
requests user action to purchase the boost from the carrier. Once the timeout expires, the performance boost notification will be automatically dismissed and the request will fail with TelephonyManager#PURCHASE_PREMIUM_CAPABILITY_RESULT_TIMEOUT
.
The default value is 30 minutes.
