This constant will be removed in the future version. Use Android.Service.Carrier.ReceiveOptions enum directly instead of this field.
The default bitmask value passed to the callback of #onReceiveTextSms with all
RECEIVE_OPTIONS_x flags cleared to indicate that the message should be kept and a
new message notification should be shown.
