Attributes

Remarks

Checks whether this device, while being a group client, can discover and deliver the group owner's IPv6 link-local address.

If this method returns true and #connect(Channel, WifiP2pConfig, ActionListener) method is called with WifiP2pConfig having WifiP2pConfig#GROUP_CLIENT_IP_PROVISIONING_MODE_IPV6_LINK_LOCAL as the group client IP provisioning mode, then the group owner's IPv6 link-local address will be delivered in the group client via #WIFI_P2P_CONNECTION_CHANGED_ACTION broadcast intent (i.e, group owner address in #EXTRA_WIFI_P2P_INFO). If this method returns false, then IPv6 link-local addresses can still be used, but it is the responsibility of the caller to discover that address in other ways, e.g. using out-of-band communication.
