Broadcast Action: A sticky broadcast indicating an HDMI cable was plugged or unplugged.
The intent will have the following extra values: #EXTRA_AUDIO_PLUG_STATE, #EXTRA_MAX_CHANNEL_COUNT, #EXTRA_ENCODINGS.
It can only be received by explicitly registering for it with Context#registerReceiver(BroadcastReceiver, IntentFilter).
