Note: This value might be > NotificationManager#IMPORTANCE_NONE, but notifications posted to this channel will not be shown to the user if the parent NotificationChannelGroup or app is blocked. See NotificationChannelGroup#isBlocked() and NotificationManager#areNotificationsEnabled().
