This exam is used to upgrade your MCDST XP or EDST Vista certifications to the EDST Windows 7 certification.

Candidates for this exam should have at least three years of experience installing, configuring, and administering any Windows operating system in a networked environment and at least two years of experience providing desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.

When you pass Exam 70-682: Pro: Upgrading to Windows 7 MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician, you complete the requirements for the following certification(s):
