SSP (Self Service portal) page is not displayed correctly in SCSM

Symptoms

Self service portal (SSP) is not displayed correctly. The icons are not arrenged as it should. Images are not visible in SSP.

Cause

Static content role is not enabled so it doesnt allow pages portal to be displayed correctly

Resolution

Static content role is enabled under HTTP, sub component of Webserver (IIS) in server manager of SCSM server
