Step 2: It will redirect you to Microsoft Azure page. Then you need to click Activate Now.

Step 5: Here you need to apply your university mail ID. ( ** Your school should be connected with Microsoft Imagine / Microsoft DreamSpark program. If your university is not listed or your account then you can not get this subscription. Check you university status: University )

High school or secondary students in addition to university students, who does not have imagine account, can also have Azure for Students Starter by verifying student status through organization's email address. Azure for Student Started is limited to web and mobile app development scenarios, limited collection of free products including  Azure App Services, Visual Studio Team Services, and Notification Hubs. For this, Credit Card is not required.
