How to embed Yammer Conversations into SharePoint

Recently, Microsoft announced a new feature where Yammer conversations can be embedded in SharePoint modern experience sites.

The process is simple and explained below:

> Create a Yammer conversation or select an existing conversation
> Copy the URL
> Edit your SharePoint modern experience page
> Select the entity "Yammer feed"
> Paste the URL and save the page
