Troubleshooting

To fix this problem on Windows 10 systems, reset Windows Defender Firewall:

  1. Open settings
  2. Go to Update and Security
  3. Windows Defender
  4. Open Windows Defender Security Center
  5. Firewall and Network Protection
  6. Restore Firewall default settings
  7. Click the button to restore the defaults
