Email delivery options for LoB, Apps through Office365 Conversation Options

You have Line of Business (LoB) apps, Multi-Function Printers (MFP), Systems, and need to configure them to send email to intended recipients; internal users  (within your organization) and in some cases to external/other users.

Your requirements vary:

  • You don't want to incur additional license or dedicated mailbox for LoB, MFP.
  • You don't want to setup additional infrastructure like a local SMTP server in your environment.
  • You don't want your users to send scanned email to external email addresses.
  • Some apps/systems need to send email to external users.
