Error - Unable to retrieve child resources in Azure Storage Explorer

Sometimes while accessing Azure Storage explorer an error appears -

*Unable to retrieve child resources
*
Solution:

  1. Delete the data from folder "%appData/StorageExplorer"  from your machine. Restart the storage explorer and enter your credentials. This can fix your problem.

  2. While connecting to Azure Storage just check the box as "http" to connect the Azure Storage . This will also helps in connecting azure storage explorer.
