Disconnected servers : Azure Site Recovery

If your registered servers are in disconnected state, follow the below steps to gather more information:

  1. Go to Servers. Click on the server name that is showing as 'Not connected'
    2**.** Click on 'More'.
  2. In 'Error details* to find more information on the connection issues associated with the server.

If the registered server is a configuration server, to verify if the master target or the process server component is not responding, 

1.  Go to Servers. Click on the server name that is showing as 'Not connected'
2. Click on either Process Server or Master Target server that shows up with the Not connected status.
3. Click on **Error details **to find more information on the connection issues associated with the server.

To verify if the corresponding services are running:

1.  Go to Services , check if the below services are in running state. 
     
InMage Scout Application Service
InMage Scout VX Agent - Sentinel/Outpost

  1. If the services are not in running state, try restarting the service.
