System Folder Customization On Start menu in Windows 10

Introduction:

One of the most fascinating features of Windows 10 is customization of Start menu. There are a number of ways by which it can be customized. This will help to personalize Start menu. By default, we only see the User account and Power button in Start menu but Windows 10 allows you to choose up to 10 system folders in Start menu.

How to:

  • Open Settings
  • Click Personalization
  • Click Start
  • Choose which folders appear on Start
  • Here you can drag the slider from Off to On position to choose the system folders according to your preference.

10 System Folders:

Windows 10 will allow maximum 10 system folders on Start menu. These are:

  • File explorer
  • Settings
  • Documents
  • Downloads
  • Music
  • Pictures
  • Videos
  • HomeGroup
  • Network
  • Personal folder
