DEL:3ae54c04-00b0-4b1c-8253-be857775500a], it is pointing to the Deleted Objects container in Active Directory. This property should be fixed as soon as possible.
Cause:
Mailbox database property is pointing to the deleted public folder database.
Resolution:
Delete the entry from ADSI
Configuration->CN=Configuration,DC=contoso,DC=com->CN=Services->CN=Microsoft Exchange->CN=test->CN=Administrative Groups->Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)->CN=Databases:
Right-click the affected mailbox database “MBX1”, choose Properties.
Find the msExchHomePublicMDB, double-click it.
Click Clear to clear the value which points to a deleted object currently. Click OK to apply the change.
Repeat step 2-4 for all mailbox databases under Databases container
