Exchange 2016 Troubleshooting: Unable to Enable Migration Mailbox
Issue:
Unable to run the below command:
Enable-Mailbox -Arbitration -Identity "Migration.8f3e7716-2011-43e4-96b1-aba62d229235
Symptom:
Enable-Mailbox -Arbitration -Identity "Migration.8f3e7716-2011-43e4-96b1-aba62d229235 " gives the below error while following the below article

Cause:
The absence of Exchange permissions on Migration AD account
Resolution:
1. Run ADUC
2. Find the Migration Account
3. Provide Full control permission for exchangetrustedsubsytem on Migration AD account
4. Rerun Enable-Mailbox -Arbitration -Identity "Migration.8f3e7716-2011-43e4-96b1-aba62d229235
