Steps to be followed:

**1. Press Win+R keys to launch Run menu.
In the blank space type in gpedit.msc and hit the Enter key to launch Local Group Policy Editor.
Now navigate to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer -> Browser menus

4.In right-side pane, double-click on Hide Favorites menu and set it to Enabled. Click OK or Apply.

**5.Close Group Policy Editor.
- Now Open Internet Explorer > Click Favorites button and try to add any web site. You will get the following pop up message:
