Co-Author a Document in Skype For Business Meeting

Microsoft has made Skype For Business (SFB) meetings further interesting by introducing a feature, co-authoring. Users (participants) can co-author a document and the changes will be visible to everyone in the meeting. This is supposed to increase the productivity of meeting participants in many ways. A participant can use this feature by clicking on share (screen) button during the meeting.

This feature is available to Office 365 users. By default, it is turned on, however, an Office 365 administrator has option to turn it off. The file you want to co-author must be on OneDrive For Business folder. You cant use a locally store file to co-author.
