Investigate the Event Viewer for a detailed view of devices that may be impacting
and degrading system performance. The Diagnostics-Performance channel is located
in the following path within the Event Viewer:
\Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\Diagnostics-Performance\Operational
When you have identified the device(s) that have invoked Event 351, check with your
device manufacturer for updated information or driver related to the device and the device driver.
